Single rooms for rent 10-15 minutes from the subways/undergrounds:

Rooms for rent for a single person per room with nice panoramic views and with good public transport options, close to the undergronuds, the Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Street 9, the universities can easily be reached by public transport.
The Underground M2 is 13 minutes away (Örs square), the Underground M3 is 11 minutes away (Ecseri Street) and the Underground M4 is 21 minutes away (Eastern Railway Station).
You can get home at night in 23 minutes from the city center (from Deák square using the 909 night bus).
It's a nice neighborhood with several parks within walking distance, e.g. the Csajkovszkij park is a 5-minute walk away and the Óhegy park is a 10-minute walk away.

It is very easy to buy food and other things, several shops are very close, e.g. Penny (3-4 minutes ofwalk), Príma (4-5 minutes of walk) and Spar.

Apart from the kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet, there are 4 bright bedrooms (e.g. for university students or single people), the whole apartment is 82 square meters and is on the 10tb floor, elevators are available.

The apartment has a washing machine, the rooms have beds, desks, chairs and cupboards, curtains and fans.

I look forward to having clean, trustworthy people as tenants, who do not wish to use the apartment itself for partying (but there are several party places and pubs in the easily reachable city center, e.g. Blaha square can be reached in 22 minutes by the tram 28.

Smoking inside tha apartment is not allowed, but you can smoke on the corridor, bringing animals in the apartment is not allowed.

The largest room, Room 1 has a guide price of 129-139 thousand HUF + overhead expenses for a single person and 159-169 thousand HUF for 2 people. (Picture 6 and 7).
Room 2 and 3 has a guide price of 89-99 thousand HUF + overhead expenses. (Room 2: Picture 2, 3, 4 and 5) (Room 3 before furnitures: Picture 18).
Room 4 (a bit smaller room) has a guide price of 79-89 thousand HUF + overhead expenses. (Picture before furnitures: 19).
The overhead expenses are estimated to be around 20-25 thousand HUF per person, but the exact amount depends on the usage.

The renter gets back the full security deposit if I get back the apartment in the same way as I've made it available at the beginning.

Minimum rent time is 1 year/2 semesters.
