Excellent public transport in the area, two stops with bus or tram to reach Móricz Zsigmond square.
Fully furnished and well-equipped with appliances.
This exclusivity doesn’t rely on expensive and questionable design elements but the real feeling of homeliness that stems from the friendly environment and the tenants personal peace. Just like an everlasing holiday but even more: here you have freedom and independence. All this in an area easy to reach (unlike the ones in the Buda Hills).
This apartment is in the heart of Buda, and the fully separated half of a twin homes ground floor with dedicated entrance. The street is quiet, full of beautiful trees and is 200 meters away from the bus (7) and tram stops (49, 19). The centre of Pest is a 6-8 minute drive or a 15 minute tram ride.
Peace, trees, sunshine. The home has a 13 m2 terrace (with roof, sheltered from rain and wind) as well as a 70 m2 separated yard which is approachable from the terrace. Both fully isolated and not see trough. Every season you get a glimpse of summer on this terrace when the sun comes out, especially if you look at the big evergreen magnolia tree next to it. The whole environment surrounded with vegetation.
