From the end of August, 2026, in a residential park in the 12th districton, Swabian Hill (Svábhegy), Fülemile Street 12., in a quiet, green area with good air quality, a 12 sqm furnished room is available at least six months of renting or for longer-term.. The 64 sqm fully equipped apartment has 3 rooms and is fitted with household appliances. The other two rooms are rented by men aged around 30 and 40, who do not work from home, so a male tenant is sought for the room being rented. All three rooms have separate entrances.
The rent for the 12 sqm room is HUF 95,000 per month, plus a share of the common costs and utility bills. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required upon moving in.
