Infrastructure in the area is excellent, with all residential services available within minutes. The apartment is very close to Corvin Promenade (Nokia office building).
Street greening, traffic calming, bicycle storage installation, and sidewalk widening have already been completed up to nearby Szigony Street, and according to the municipality’s website, the section in front of the building is scheduled for 2026. Kálvária Square (trolley buses 72, 83; buses 9 and night 909) is a 5-minute walk, and Klinikák metro station is 10 minutes away.
