The rental agreement includes invoicing in EUR, but all fees can be paid in HUF.
The minimum rental period is 12 months, with a 3-month notice period for termination.
With the payment of a three-month deposit and the first month’s rent, and upon signing the lease, the warehouse is available for use from August.
