Description
The property is a castle, the cellar of which I would like to rent out for a longer period for agricultural (e.g. mushroom cultivation) or storage (wine) purposes, or possibly for other, quiet activities (escape room, horror room, etc.). It is not suitable for loud activities, as a youth hostel will be established on the other plot. As can be seen on the floor plan, the cellar corridor is 57.2m2 long, from which 22 rooms open on two sides. The cellar wall is solid brick. Electricity (3 phases) and water supply can be arranged in a short time, as these are available in the castle. The castle's sink and toilet can be used. Water supply can be arranged from the mains or from the dug well on the plot thanks to the domestic waterworks, the water quality is adequate. The yard has good parking, all three entrances to the cellar are easily accessible even by truck.
