Description
Our home, converted from a summer house on the edge of the forest, awaits its new residents, or investors in a renovated state.
Heating and cooling are provided by an energy-saving heat pump. There is underfloor heating on the lower level, and surface heating everywhere on the upper level.
The house has been equipped with extra insulation: 25 cm of rock wool in the attic, and 15 cm of rock wool on the lower level to ensure a constant temperature. The plinth and the garage/cellar have received 12 cm of EPS insulation and stone veneer cladding.

Completely renovated with an extension of the electrical network, in accordance with current standards. 3*25A, industrial socket in the basement. The water network has also been completely rebuilt.
There is only an electricity bill, water comes from our own well via a hydrophoretic system, we use gas from a bottle.
The ground floor is built of brick, gross 40m2, the upper floor is a mansard roof with anthracite corrugated sheet. From the floor, the view is framed by the Pilis mountains, and at night the lights of the MO bridge.
Small terrace for relaxing in front of the house, shed behind the house for tools, covered wood storage next to the car.
There are few neighbors, and they are good minds.
In the garden there are pear trees, blackberries, raspberries, black rowan, a spice garden and 3 raised beds, if you want to plant more.
Back gate opens to the forest.
