Long-term tenant(s) sought to rent our beautiful, fully furnished, 57-m2 downtown apartment!
The apartment was furnished and equipped by a professional interior designer using high-quality materials and equipment. Living room plus 1 spacious bedroom. The building was erected in 2002, and is currently in great condition.
The neighborhood is called Újlipótváros, which is the part of the 13th district closest to the Building of the Hungarian Parliament and the city center, and it is definitely regarded as a downtown area.
The apartment is within walking distance of Westend, Margaret Island, Nyugati Square & Nyugati railway station, Szent István boulevard, Jászai Mari Square, Vígszínház.
- House-central heating (the temperature can be adjusted in the apartment manually).
- The apartment was comprehensively updated in 2014 according to the highest standards both aesthetically and technically, and since then, only two orderly, non-smoking and clean tenants have lived in it.
- Completely barrier-free (thanks in part to the modern elevator in the building).

We would like to rent out the apartment for the long term, possibly for several years. The minimum rental period is 12 months.
Monthly rental fee: HUF 330,000 (plus overheads).
The monthly overheads amount to roughly EUR 120 (inclusive of the common cost of EUR 80) in the case of one tenant. In the case of 2 tenants, the amount of the monthly overheads is appr. EUR 130 (inclusive of the common cost of EUR 80).
There is no parking space belonging to the apartment. Parking is possible in the street.
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
Ideally suited to single tenants and couples.
No pets are allowed, except for ones kept in an aquarium or terrarium.
Caution money: HUF 500,000, to be deposited simultaneously with the payment of the first month’s rental fee when signing the contract of tenancy, before moving in.
