The kitchen has its own window overlooking the inner courtyard, ventilation is solved and the room is bright.
From here we come to the living room, which is a real community space, with a dining area, sofa, media wall and the aforementioned sleeping area. This luxurious room has four windows, so it also gets plenty of natural light. This is a carefully designed and designed part of the apartment, I think the pictures speak for themselves.
We can approach the next room in two ways, either through the living room or through the bathroom. This is also a comfortably spacious room, with two windows.
A circular boiler produces hot water in the apartment and provides heating.
There is also air conditioning, of course.
Overall, we can talk about a very high-quality and beautiful apartment.
The common costs also include a monthly renovation fund of 11,000 HUF.
In its immediate vicinity is Kálvária Square, which is suitable for a pleasant walk or a sit-out. A well-kept park, a modern and versatile playground has also been created, which is why I highly recommend this apartment to a small family.
Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations... everything can be found within a one-two minute walk for comfortable everyday life.
