Newly built smart home luxury apartment.
The apartment was demolished back to the 4 partition walls and everything was completely rebuilt.

The apartment can be used as two functions.
Version 1: (shown on the floor plan)
The entire apartment functions as one apartment, with 1 living room with an American kitchen, 2 bathrooms/toilets, 2 corridors, 1 hallway and 3 separate bedrooms with private bathroom connections.
Between the American kitchen and the bedroom, the iron structure of the door was installed for the installation of a door at any time. If you want to use this version, you need to cut out the drywall surrounded by the iron structure and put in the new door. (subject of discussion, if required, the installation of the door)

Version 2: (shown on the floor plan) The current state of the apartment.
The apartment functions as 2 separate apartments.

-The walls are made with 5cm and 3cm roockwool HD/XD sound insulation of different material densities, which were built with two layers (a total of 4 layers in the case of partition walls) of rigips blue accoustic, and their highest sound insulation available on the market was built with plasterboard.
-Substrate 5cm roockwool HD step sound insulation and ester concrete. Rigipsz Rigidur and 2 layers of dry floor with sound insulation
-The ceiling is made with 5cm and 3cm roockwool HD/XD sound insulation of different material densities, which are built with a layer of rigips blue accoustic, their highest sound insulation on the market is plasterboard.

All radiators are equipped with a smart thermostat head, which can be controlled by voice from a remote connection with a tablet.
