Description
Would you rent togeher with your friends in the city center next to Corvinus/ELTE or BME UNI?(Convinient, and separated even for 3-4 co-tenants for just 140-180k per person?).
In the calm Havas str. (5th.district) I give a 95sqm flat for rent with 3separated rooms-full privacy-, 1 living room wiht amercian kitchen solution, 2bath, and a small wash cabinet, and a front hall at the entrance.
The flat is located on the 1st floor, there is no lift in the building, but it takes only a few steps to reach. The monthly cost are pretty small, like 40k containing common cost, water, drain water, and garbage), on the top of this you only have electricity, gas and net/TV.( One/Telekom). The hot water and heating is done by the combi-heater.
The total rental fee is 450.000 HUF, a least halt year contact, and 2mo caution. The flat is accessible from early Feb.
