The cellar can be accessed from the outside via a separate entrance, where the boiler house and 5 large rooms, as well as a corridor, are located.
The windows and doors in the basement are made of plastic.
The walls of the basement floor are already plastered from the inside, and the basement currently has a smoothed concrete surface. The outlets for the electric lines are already ready, only assembly is required.
The boiler house contains the condensing gas boiler with hot water tank, together with the necessary building engineering system components. A hand washer with hot and cold water was also installed. In the other, spacious rooms of the basement, there is an excellent opportunity to create a wellness department (by installing various saunas and jacuzzis, incorporating them into a salt bath), or to create entertainment and social spaces (by placing a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, etc.).
The ground floor and attic part of the building can be accessed from here, from the basement, via the internal staircase.
Ground floor
The ground floor can be accessed from the basement level and from the direction of the first, covered terrace. The entire level is characterized by the fact that its external and internal doors and windows are made of high-quality, longitudinally jointed, warp-resistant wood, and its windows are thermally insulated. Exterior doors and windows were installed with factory surface treatment. Interior wooden doors have a uniform color and surface treatment on site with the involvement of a specialist.
All door frames have been installed, and the surface treatment of the door panels has also been carried out.
External window ledges are made of granite, some internal ledges are made of plastic.
All wall surfaces, where wall coverings were not planned, were uniformly white and painted in a pleasant, neutral pastel color.
The heating system with sheet radiators has been designed and is controlled by room thermostats. The radiators can be installed in the water blocks after the wall tiling is completed.
The cold water, hot water, and waste water connections necessary for the installation of the water fixtures (toilet, hand basin, shower, tub, sink) were installed in the floor and wall.
Similar to the basement level, the outlets for the electric lines are already ready, only assembly is required.
On the ground floor, through the main entrance, we enter a multifunctional reception space, from which an entrance door opens onto a rear terrace. Separate women's and men's washrooms were created from the reception area. The spacious living room, the adjacent kitchen with pantry, and another toilet can be accessed through the river. Upstairs, there are two separate living quarters, with their own water block and anteroom. A third exit also opens from the living room to a covered terrace.
The ground floor, as can be read in the description, can be accessed through 3 entrance doors. All three entrances are protected from the environmental effects by a covered terrace, whose visible wooden parts and beams testify to quality construction.
Attic
The rooms in the attic are in a state of readiness similar to the upstairs. There is a wardrobe room or a room suitable for an office with a toilet opposite the staircase. Through the comfortably wide passageway, 5 more rooms have been created with their own bathroom and toilet, and an anteroom. Each attic room has its own small balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.
The environment of the house
The building is surrounded by a concrete sidewalk. Due to the nature of the house built on the hillside, it was possible to create a terrace on the plot. In this way, the stairs created from the rear covered terrace allow access to a higher area, which was made into a horizontal area by massive concrete retaining walls. Here you can either create a sunbathing area or a relaxation garden. Arriving at the next higher level, we find the main structural frame of the 5*12 m, 1.6 m deep built pool and the shaft for housing the pool machinery.
The property can be approached via an asphalted road. The plot is currently not fenced, because the two neighboring plots also belong to the same owner, so this will be done in the future.

This place preserves the memory of our legendary king Mátyás Hunyadi's visit and, according to folk tradition, his love affair with Ilonka Szép, which is a highly protected area of the Zemplén Landscape Protection District, rich in natural values. A few meters below the ice cave, there is really ice-cold water, the temperature of which does not rise above 4-5 ℃ even in summer.
