I offer for sale an automated pasta factory in the city of Eger. The facility was built in the presence of mechanics/execution managers from Italy, so the plant follows the Italian structure in the production mechanism.

Production information:

Flour silos:
Inox flour storage silos, sized 2500x2500x4000 mm, volume 20 m3, of which three are available. The device allows automatic loading of flour into a daily hopper.

The pasta manufacturing is provided by the Mac 250/300 dough making machine group, manufactured by the Italian company ITALPAST, with a capacity of 220-250 kg/hour.

The machine group consists of three lines:
- The first line is set up for pressed dough, which currently allows the production of the following types of pasta: penne, large cubes, tassels, spindle-shaped dough matrices.
- The other set is suitable for making stretched pasta, currently the target noodles are: thread noodles, wide noodles, match noodles, narrow noodles, small cubes, strawberry leaves.
- The third line is for ravioli (filled pasta).

From dough base, output 120-200 kg/hour. The performance values refer to fresh dough and vary depending on the format.These machines are fully automated (autonomous feeding and ejection function), no human intervention is required during the operation.

DRYING:

The drying function is carried out by an EAC 180-BC dryer, which is also an automated system consisting of 5 drying chambers. The capacity is 480-660 kg/ dryer of wet-short dough, 300-400 kg/m3 for standard format. On a standard tray, this corresponds to 2,5-4 kg/tray of dough.

PACKING:

The packaging function is suitable for small doughs, fully automatic. The packer is equipped with three types of tube formers and a metal detector.
