This house is located on a corner lot in the "original" residential area of Víziváros, with family houses. When designing, we drew the style features of northern Italian villas on the plans. From sunrise to sunset, the sun always shines through one of the windows. When designing, we avoided narrow corridors and rooms. The living room, dining room, kitchen and the rooms are also on a human scale, which can be clearly observed on the floor plan. All five (!) rooms have their own bathroom, which can be very useful even for a family of four, it is almost impossible to be late from anywhere, at least due to the lack of a bathroom! :) Thanks to the breakthrough of the monolithic ceilings, we can sit on the sofa in the middle of the living room and look at the starry sky... The wrought iron railings, French balconies, interior railings, and central chandelier seen in the photos were made in the workshop of the famous blacksmith, Lajos Ábrahám, the master blacksmith with a golden wreath from Bajna.
The walls are made of 38 porotherm bricks, with 6cm of thermal insulation. (at that time this was not required, we just added it as an extra).
One of the rooms serves as a wellness section with a two-person whirlpool bath and infrared sauna for a healthy lifestyle. Double garage, central vacuum cleaner, automatic irrigation system, etc. Oh, and there is a chimney, which can be connected to a tiled stove, recent times, how many people have seen this house inside and out, everyone said that it would be very nice to live here....
