Description
English:
After 50 years of all LOVE and care, our sweetheart piece of Paradise land at Lake Balaton in Révfülöp, has becomed ready for SALE. Since my dear Father has passed away, it is too painful for me to be there. The land size is 838 m2 with 2 buidlings on: 1 is a 2 floored cottage with all utilities and 2 bathrooms, the other one is a 142 years old cellar with 2 floored press house, this old cellar is already marked on the military map of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Both buildings are very taken care of , while we have kept the original look-outs and shapes. In the garden, there are various flowers, blossoming from FEB all year around to OCT. You also find fruits, like: raspberry, redberry, walnut, grape, apricot, cherry, sourcherry. The lawn is taken care of too and there is also a barbecue place in it. Balaton beach is a 5 min walk from the house.
You may have a look from outside anytime, for inside visit an appointment is needed to be arranged, as I live in Budapest.
Inside furniture, facilities, gardening tools are subjects to be discussed.
