The zoning classification of the estate is Mk-2, which is subject to the following regulations:
(1) Agricultural areas with gardens shall be areas marked with the symbol "Mk" on the Regulatory Plan, which are primarily small‐scale grapevine, fruit production and small‐plot intensive horticultural activities.
