Description
A two-storey house in good condition for sale in Arló, North-Hungary
The family house was built in 1977 from silicate block, concrete foundation, inside and outside is in good condition. The wooden structure of the tiled roof with concrete slab is in perfect condition. The useful floor area of the building is 128 m2 excluding balconies, terraces, garage, boiler room (185 m2 including those) On the lower level the bathroom (with toilet) is located in the garage.

All utilities are inside the house (water, sewage, 3 phase electricity, gas).
Heating is provided by a gas boiler and a mixed fuel boiler, hot water is provided by a Yunkers gas boiler. The walls are painted.
