During the summer months, I will likely need to use the property for retreats and community programs. Therefore, for longer-term rentals, the ideal arrangement would be renting the property outside the summer season. However, plans may still change over such a long timeframe, and I would be happy to discuss the possibilities in more detail during a phone call.
I would especially welcome tenants looking for a home for about a year, or people who typically travel during the summer months. In such cases, we could also take care of plants and animals during our summer programs.
