This charming forest house with its large, wild garden hanging into the woods is located just a 20-minute drive from the center of Pécs, nestled in the heart of the forest among 7 neighboring houses, only two of which are permanently inhabited.
The property opens into the forest in the direction of Orfű and is easily accessible via a gravel road.
A special sense of peace awaits those who come here — surrounded by nature, yet still close to the city.

The entire estate is available for rent until July 2027, with the future after that still uncertain.
I plan to use the property during the three summer months for hosting retreats. In case of long-term rental, the property would be primarily available excluding the summer months, but this may still change over time. I can better clarify the possibilities during a phone conversation.
I would especially welcome a tenant who enjoys traveling during the summer, during which time we can take care of their plants and animals as part of our programs.

Heating in both houses is provided by tiled stoves and optionally electric radiators.

The smaller house can — by agreement — also be used as a guesthouse, for an additional fee, or both houses can be used for full-time living by a larger family.
The houses are furnished.
The 6,700 m² fully fenced property, which blends into the forest and includes pasture, is also animal-friendly.
Rental Prices:
Main house only: 195,000 HUF/month
Entire estate: 270,000 HUF/month
The price can vary depending on the use of the small house and will be individually agreed upon, typically ranging between 490-680 euro.
