An apartment is available for rent in the inner Törökzug area of Gyula, in a building with an elevator, on the 2nd floor, fully furnished and equipped. In addition to the complete furniture, the apartment comes with a washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, standing fan, gas stove and microwave oven.

The renovated apartment has new insulated windows and doors, as well as a fully covered balcony.

This year, an energy-efficient air conditioner was installed in the apartment.

The apartment has separate-access rooms. It is surrounded by neighbouring apartments on two sides, which helps keep heating costs low. Due to its lower-floor location, it also does not become excessively hot during the summer.

During an earlier renovation, a modern electric heating system was installed, so the apartment’s heating has been fully modernised and converted entirely to electric infrared panel heating. The apartment is therefore almost completely free of gas costs; only the fixed cooking gas fee has to be paid, which is approximately HUF 1,400 ft per month.
