I am renting out a completely renovated apartment in Újszeged. Once must know that the appartment is under selling process. So renting period maybe shorter than the usual 1 year. Instead I offer a confortable discount.
The apartment is under selling so the renting perdiod may be less than the usual 1 year.
The apartment contains 2 rooms (one larger and one smaller), a closed, heated terrace, a bathroom, a furnished kitchen, built-in wardrobes and a small storage room
The two rooms can communicate with each other, but there is also a separate entrance.
There are shops, pharmacy, doctor's office, market and school nearby. The city center is a few trolley stops away.
Parking on the street can be arranged with a pass.
The apartment is furnished. It will be free for move in from the 1st of October
