The apartment is particularly quiet and is located on the mezzanine floor. The building has an elevator.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped as shown in the photos and has gas convector heating.
Utilities are payable in advance as a monthly flat fee of HUF 60,000, which includes all costs (common charges, water, heating, gas, electricity and internet), with an adjustment based on actual consumption every three months. Every three months, the tenant and the landlord will settle any difference based on actual consumption and meter readings.
The lease agreement may be concluded upon payment of a two-month security deposit, the first month's rent and the monthly utility flat fee.
As a condition of entering into the tenancy, the prospective tenant is required to make a notarised declaration to vacate the property, at the tenant's own expense.
