Perhaps one of its greatest qualities is the sense of peace it offers. The triple-glazed windows create near-complete silence, even though the neighborhood itself is already calm and quiet. The neighbors are kind, the surrounding houses are comfortably spaced apart, and from the garden you mostly see greenery and nature rather than nearby buildings.
The large sunlit terrace became one of our favorite places to spend time: summer dinners, long conversations with friends, children playing around the pool. The garden is both practical and inviting, with many plants, an automatic irrigation system, playground, traditional outdoor oven, and a wooden storage house where everything fits neatly.
The property also includes a double garage, additional paved parking spaces in the courtyard, and a huge attic offering extensive storage possibilities.
For us, this house has always been more than just a property. It is a truly livable and lovable home — a place that combines peace, spaciousness, and practicality in a very natural way. We now hope to find new tenants or owners who will feel just as at home here as we did.
