Description
A small, 7sqm room is for rent in the 8th district, Szeszgyár Street, in a 5-room apartment on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the house.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is in the hallway, so we do not recommend it to tenants who want to spend a lot of time cooking. The apartment is in average condition. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants
Kitchenware and bed linen are not provided.
The room is currently occupied, available for viewing and moving in from September 5th.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, we are primarily looking for non-smoking tenants.
Currently, the apartment is mostly occupied by international students, there is one female tenant, and the others are young men.
The apartment has a gas stove, microwave oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner.
The total rent of the room is HUF 85,000 (HUF 70,000 + HUF 15,000 utilities). Internet use is payable to a flatmate, it is HUF 1,500/month.
The deposit is a monthly rent plus utilities, altogether HUF 85,000.
The notice period is one month.
