Our cute apartment in Újbuda is for rent!
It is on the 3rd floor in the quiet Bánk bán street, in a house with nice residents. The apartment is 45 sm, it has a super mechanized (washing machine, dish-washer, oven, large fridge, microwave) kitchen and bathroom - both are the work of the architect owner's own hands
It is partially furnished: cupboards, a desk and bookshelves are waiting for their friends. Solid bamboo flooring in the wet rooms, parquet flooring in the rooms. The living room opens onto a small balcony facing the street. Can be cross ventilated, east-west orientation.
Due to the fortunate layout of the apartment, the gas convector heating did not exceed HUF 7,000-10,000/month last year.
5 minutes away is one of the coolest parks in the city, Bikás Park: with running and other sports tracks, a toboggan hill, a cafe/craft beer bar and a good market on Saturdays.
With bicycle paths and very good public transport, the city center is only a quarter of an hour away. 7 bus, 49 and 19 trams 3 minutes away, M4 metro 8 minutes away. M1-M7 motorway as well. The common garden at the back can also be used, where there is also a common compost.
We loved living in it, you can move in from October 1st!
