A roommate is wanted for the smallest, 8m2 room of a renovated, 70m2, 3 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment facing Bródy Sándor street. The apartment is occupied by students, so we would especially welcome a girl who is also still studying. The location is perfect for ELTE, Andrássy students (5 minutes on foot), but all other university campuses are close by. The room is equipped with a bed, desk, floor lamp, wardrobe and shelves, with storage space that belies its small size :) In addition, there is a small storage room in the apartment where you can hide your travel bag and other things. The room overlooks the courtyard, so the room is also free from street noise. The house is quiet.

An important parameter of the residential community is that it is a quiet, study-focused community where peace and cleanliness are important. Therefore, we are looking for a housemate who is respectful of her surroundings, cleans up after herself and is willing to keep a cleaning schedule.

A student with a good command of German and/or English would be optimal, as the other two students are native German speakers and also speak English well.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, a small dishwasher was added to the apartment in September. The landlord is flexible and problem solving oriented, not looking for unnecessary contact.

The bathroom and the toilet with a washbasin are separately located.

Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage downstairs or upstairs locked to the banister.

The room costs €300 in total, fixed per month.
Two months deposit required, move in from 1 February, but can be negotiated.
