- south-facing, bright, cozy apartment with individual meters,
- good public transport, M3 metro, 6, 4 trams,
- good sports and entertainment opportunities.

Rent 400 000Ft/month + utilities (approx. HUF 35,000) + internet, TV (approx. 7500HUF). Ideally, it can be rented for 1 year. A 2-month deposit is required.
If necessary, it is also possible for a shorter rental period with higher rental fees, which is subject to individual agreement.

There is an annual settlement based on consumption (heating, electricity, cold/hot water).

The apartment is 50 m2 and has a 7 m2 balcony.

Orderly people preferred.

Smoking and keeping pets in the apartment is FORBIDDEN!
