Description
The property that is the subject of this offer is located in the interior of Miskolc, in the 1.5-hectare Diósgyőr Industrial Park, in the area of the former Diósgyőr Machinery Factory (DIGÉP).
The property offered for sale is the exclusive property and use of the seller, and it has an independent map number, so 1/1 ownership can be acquired.

The area directly borders the DVTK training grounds, separated from them only by Szinva.
The hall currently houses a complete, but traditionally controlled, processing machine park, which can be used to carry out several manufacturing activities:
