Gas heating: 35 kw condensation energy-saving boiler, with external heating radiators. A solar collector can also be connected to the hot water system.
The base is a light brown stoneware tile of the same level everywhere.
The building is suitable for the food industry, chemical industry, electronics, light industry, assembly, packaging, or other activities.
EU-standard and meets HAPCCI - ÁNTSZ requirements.

Some thoughts on usability:
- Purchase of producer organic honey, packaged in small portions and sold on foreign or domestic markets (in tubes, jars, bottles, etc., for hospitals, hotels, schools, shops)

- Purchase of organic vegetables and fruits and immediate fresh, chilled sales, on domestic or foreign markets. (for packaging, transportability, machines, technology)

- Smoked sausages, salami, fillings and meats for domestic or foreign markets.

About 600 m south of the site, there is a high-yielding 98-degree heat source, where one of the largest greenhouse vegetable growing complexes in Central Europe is planned in the near future.
The soon-to-be-built 20 m wide asphalt road leading there will pass by the site, which may open up additional opportunities in terms of utilization.
