Two Private Rooms Available for Female University Students
From 1 September, two private rooms are available for long-term rent in a three-bedroom apartment. The third bedroom is already occupied by a female university student, so we are looking primarily for 2 (up to 3) female university students who are planning to stay for a longer period.
The rental price shown in the advertisement applies to the two available rooms. The rooms may be rented together or separately, depending on the applicants.
The Apartment

- Three separate bedrooms
- Separate bathroom and toilet
- Modern double-glazed windows with shutters and insect screens
- District heating with individual heat meters on each radiator
- Free street parking
- Telekom fiber-optic internet available, along with other internet service providers
Equipment
The apartment is unfurnished, but fully equipped with appliances, including:
- Two 180 cm tall fridge-freezers
- Washing machine
- Cooker
- Dining table with chairs
- Large built-in wardrobe
If required, a dishwasher can also be installed, as the necessary plumbing and electrical connections are already in place.

As we are looking for tenants for a long-term, comfortable living arrangement, we would like to get to know applicants a little better. Therefore, messages such as “Is this still available?” will not receive a reply.
Rental Conditions
- Move-in: expected at the end of August / 1 September
- Minimum lease term: 1 year
- Upon signing the lease, a security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent plus the first month’s rent is payable.
- Keys will be handed over after the lease agreement has been signed.
