Description

About 30 km from Nyíregyháza in the direction of Záhony, in Nyírtasson, right next to the Vay castle, an old mansion of 361 m2 built in the 1800s (provably already existed in 1870) is for sale. The building is currently located in an area of nearly 4,000 m2 in the center of the village. The area, which is suitable for agricultural activities and thus also suitable for winning various tenders, includes a (wooden structure) stable annex with a floor area of 100 m2, which is also suitable for storing various crops and machines. In addition, a cellar with a separate expiration date and other storage facilities are also available. In addition to the lounge, 6 more spacious rooms were created. In addition, there are two bathrooms, a kitchen and an associated pantry, as well as large corridors in the building. The building has several entrances, in addition to the living area, there are also storage and storage rooms (formerly rooms) that can be accessed from the outside. The building is appropriately heated by wood-fired tile stoves, among which there are several wonderful antique pieces, and gas convectors have been installed in some parts as additional heating. The price of the furniture is not included in the purchase price, most of it has already been sold. We recommend the property primarily to people moving to the countryside who can make sacrifices to maintain and modernize such a wonderful property in good condition and possibly want to farm it, or to investors who want to make use of the building's value and create accommodation based on the local guest traffic. The settlement is a Jewish pilgrimage site, the construction of the new pilgrim center is currently underway, but the well-known Talléros event house also attracts many guests. The property can be converted into a guest house, a day care home for the elderly, and the rest is just up to our imagination.
Primarily applications for KP or other tenders, loans, credit cards, etc. for sale, exchange is only possible for properties in Budapest (!).
