Description
A house is for sale from a private person in Zalaszentlászló. It is a two-level family house with a floor area of 170 square meters, with a double plot of 2,576 square meters, opening onto two streets.
On the ground floor of the house there is a dining room, kitchen, pantry, toilet, boiler room. There is also an office with a separate entrance and a file cabinet on the ground floor. The office can also be used for business purposes, or in the case of several generations living together, it can also be converted into a living room.
The staircase leading from the kitchen leads to the living room on the upper floor, but the living room can also be accessed from the terrace overlooking the street front. The hallway leading from the hall leads to three parquet-floored bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The living room and the south-facing bedroom have a spacious balcony.
The first half of the garden is landscaped, the back part is used for farming: it currently has a vegetable and fruit garden, a fenced-in area suitable for keeping animals, outbuildings and a double garage.
The heating is currently solved with a gas circular boiler, but a sawdust boiler is also connected to the central heating. On the lower level, the central heating system is supplemented with 3 gas convectors and a tile stove. On the upper floor, the bedrooms have a chimney connection, and individual heating can also be arranged.
In 2024, we replaced the slate roof with a tiled roof. The slate roof is still visible in some of the photos.
Hot water is provided by an electric boiler. In 2021-22, the entire electrical network of the house was renovated. The attic is also suitable for installation, if it is necessary to create additional living rooms. The property is listed as a condominium in the register.
The village is bordered by vineyards. The river Zala flows under the garden. A bicycle path leads to the thermal spa of neighboring Kehidakustány (distance: 4 km). Keszthely, Lake Balaton and the Héviz thermal spa are only 20 km from the village.
