Built in 1890, it is a Classicist-style apartment building with a circular corridor and an elevator, which is constantly maintained. The residential community is exemplary, the immediate neighbors are kind, helpful and reliable.
Apartment:
Our first-floor apartment, planed by an interior designer, is spacious, sunny, excellent layout, 83 square meters (hall, kitchen with large dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, wardrobe), air-conditioned, ready to move in, with lots of imaginative storage space, fully mechanized. Due to its bourgeois style, it is characterized by high ceilings, thereby expanding and making the spaces comfortable. Spot lights have been installed on the ceiling, so every room is bathed in light even on gray winter weekdays, lending the spaces an excellent atmosphere. The apartment's new windows are equipped with blinds (in the living room remote controlled) and mosquito nets, and all windows are equipped with curtains. The windows of one bedroom and the living room face the street, while the windows of the kitchen and the other bedroom face the open circular corridor, through which only the residents of the next-door apartment pass. There is also a safety grill on the windows opening onto the corridor and on the entrance door.
The common rooms (hallway, kitchen – completely machinezed, dining room, living room, wardrobe- with built in cabinets) and the bedroom are furnished, we leave it to our tenants to determine the function of the other room (bedroom, children's room, study room, etc.), therefore it's not furnished.
The apartment has its own, lockable, independent entrance, latticed storage room in the basement.
The apartment is located on the first floor, but due to the mezzanine level, it is located 6m above the street level, and although there is an elevator, it is not worth using due to the few stairs. The street windows overlook the quiet Kádár Street, while the entrance to the building (being a corner house) opens from Visegrádi Street.
Surroundings:
The apartment is in the heart of Újlipótváros, at the beginning of Visegrádi utca, 1 minute from Szent István körút, 2 minutes from Vígszínház, 3 minutes from Nyugati railway station, 3 minutes' walk from Westend shopping center, and 7-8 minutes from Szent István park, the Danube bank and Margaret Island minutes' walk away. The infrastructure of the property is excellent, which is very popular among people of all ages, since everything is within easy reach thanks to the city center. Parking is available on the street or in one of the nearby parking garages.
Ante-room:
The new entrance door is a multi-point locking security door with a protective grid. In the hall there is a small wardrobe, a standing wall mirror and a hall stand with bench, hanger and hat storage functions.
Living room:
Another epicenter of the apartment is the living room. Extremely spacious and elegant. What makes it unique is the built-in shelf element, which, like the ceilings, also received spot lighting, as well as the part with giant windows that functions as a reading corner, which has preserved the original atmosphere of the renovated beautiful wooden coffered ceiling. The main front shutter of the living room can be operated with an electric remote control. The living room has a heating and cooling air conditioner, here the shutter works with remote control.

The furnishing of the rooms is waiting for the future tenants, as we don’t know all the needs in advance.
