Gellért Tér. Lots of shopping possibilities nearby (Lidl, DM 1 minute walk, Alle shopping mall 5 minutes walk), post office, banks, government offices, etc.
Also plenty of eat-out possibilities (both fastfood or fine dining restaurants). The central building of the Technical University can be reached via a 5 minute walk. The infopark campus is also nearby (ELTE - Eotvos Lorant Science University buildings, BME - Technical University buildings). The central building of BME is 5 minutes on foot, Infopark is 15 minutes on foot. Corvinus university buildings are also nearby, 15 minutes on foot.

The building

The apartment is primary for long-term contracting, ideally by a young working or studying couple. Rent is with written contract signed at a notary, regular monthy invoice and payment. To move in, 2 months deposit and 1 month rent has to be paid when signing the contract.

Electricity and heating is paid on a per-use basis. Common costs is fixed 16807 forints and includes water usage (un-metered). Multiple high-speed internet providers available in the building.
