Important: The apartment is unfurnished and comes without household appliances, so the tenant is expected to provide their own furniture and appliances.

The kitchen is equipped only with a stove. There is no washing machine. There is currently a refrigerator in the apartment, which the tenant may use; however, it is not considered part of the rental property. If it needs to be repaired or replaced, this will be the tenant's responsibility.

The apartment is heated by a gas convector system and is available for immediate occupancy.
