Budapest's only office ship, with a family atmosphere, offers 9 offices. It is moored in the city center, next to St. Stephen's Park, in the 13th district, on the boardwalk of the quay which was renovated a few years ago. The Municipality of the capital is planning traffic-free periods here in the summer. Simple parking; it is also easily accessible by public transport and by bicycle.
Our 12 sqm office consists of one room + private terrace. Rental price 120.000 HUF + utilities: 62.000 HUF / month, which includes all overhead costs.
Tenants also have a 50 sqm community room for smaller meetings and events.
In the open air on the Danube, a terrace and a nice roof terrace with a nice view are shared by the tenants.
