The apartment is located on the second floor, measures 40 m², and is fully furnished, equipped, and ready to move into. You only need to bring your personal belongings.

The main room is currently furnished as a bedroom with a large 180 × 200 cm double bed, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. The room faces Mészöly Street. The window has recently been replaced, providing excellent sound insulation, so street noise cannot be heard inside. It is also fitted with a remote-controlled electric shutter. Both the room and the bathroom have recently been repainted.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a Whirlpool top-loading washing machine. The toilet is located in a separate room.

The kitchen features new, modern kitchen furniture and is equipped with essential small appliances, an oven, a microwave, and an electric hob. Cutlery, plates, pots and pans, glasses, mugs, and other kitchen utensils are also included.

A pantry opens from the kitchen and contains a large refrigerator with a bottom freezer. The kitchen also includes a dining table/study area and a sleeping loft. The apartment is situated in a part of Budapest’s 11th District where almost everything a university student may need is within walking distance, without requiring public transport. Bartók Béla Road has become one of the city’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, with new galleries, restaurants, cafés, and numerous bars with outdoor terraces opening regularly. The area has a lively, youthful atmosphere and is an excellent place for students to live.

Deák Ferenc Square can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by tram, Kopaszi Dam in 20 minutes, and Corvinus University in about five minutes. Óbuda is also easily accessible via the interconnected tram network.

Móricz Zsigmond Square is a major transport hub served by several tram and bus lines, as well as Metro Line 4. Metro Line 4 also stops at Gellért Square. Green areas such as Kopaszi Dam and Bikás Park can also be reached within a few minutes by public transport.

The apartment has low utility costs. The common charges are HUF 9,700 per month. Telekom currently provides the internet service, although this can be changed at any time. Water and electricity together generally cost around HUF 2,000–3,000 per month, while the monthly gas advance payment is approximately HUF 5,000–6,000.

Another advantage is that the apartment is surrounded by neighbouring flats on all sides, which helps keep heating costs low. The new windows also provide good thermal insulation. Thanks to the high ceilings of 3.6 metres, the apartment remains pleasantly cool during the summer.
