We are renting out our 80 sqm, 3-room, AIR-CONDITIONED apartment in the 12th district in Krisztinaváros, at the beginning of Városmajor street. The property is on the fourth floor and all windows face an inner, partly green courtyard, which makes this a very QUIET place. There is no immediate neighbour. The apartment has a balcony of about 12 square meters.

The apartment can be rented PARTIALLY FURNISHED, with the furniture shown in the pictures (except for the kids furniture which we don't have any more). The location of the apartment is central, with excellent public transport connections, metro line two, as well as the Southern Railway Station are a 5-minute walk away.
