Close to Gemence natural reserve and Gyulaj hunting park, in one of Hungary’s most prestigious wine regions. Some 90 minutes drive from the Hungarian capital Budapest.

It has all the modern facilities of a 4-star hotel. But still - you will feel that time stopped here because we tried to restore the atmosphere of Hungary a few centuries ago. It took us several years to restore a huge house of a wealthy Schwab peasant and brick producer family, with its traditional ark-made deep wine cellars. ‘Schwabs’ are people who moved to this region in the 18th century during the Austro-Hungarian Empire. But after World War II, many were expelled and persecuted by the Communist regime.
