Entrance Door: A newly installed, high-security steel-reinforced door with a 15+1 locking system. It also features extra rock wool insulation for enhanced soundproofing and thermal efficiency, ensuring minimal outside noise.

Interior Doors: Stylish anthracite-white modern doors.

Windows: Custom-designed, triple-glazed, 7-chamber windows with the highest level of sound and heat insulation. Wide interior sills for plants, with windows positioned for easy opening without obstruction. Completely blocks out external noise, including airport events.

The bathroom window is frosted glass, allowing natural light while maintaining privacy.

All windows come with built-in roller mosquito nets and blinds.


✨ Heating, Water, and Electrical Systems:

The entire plumbing and electrical system was replaced three years ago.

Electricity: Currently, the apartment has a 1x25A electrical system, which has never been overloaded. However, the wiring has been prepped for an easy upgrade to three-phase power if needed, requiring no extra renovations.

Power Outlets: I hate extension cords, so I installed a massive 36 outlets throughout the apartment! No more struggling to find a plug or tripping over cables.

Smart Home Features: The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi-enabled smart touch switches, controllable via the eWeLink app—turn off forgotten lights remotely or have fun pranking your partner! :) All light fixtures are energy-efficient, keeping electricity costs remarkably low.

The temperature is controlled by a digital Wi-Fi smart thermostat (Tuya Smart app), allowing remote adjustments and scheduling.

Radiators:

Bedroom: 18-section aluminum radiator

Living Room: 20-section aluminum radiator

Bathroom: 180 cm towel warmer
These heat up the apartment within 5 minutes.


Central Heating: The apartment has a house-managed central heating system with individual meters. My winter indoor temperature is 24-25°C, and I have never had to pay extra heating costs. Even without heating, the apartment retains heat exceptionally well, rarely dropping below 20°C, even in prolonged freezing conditions.


✨ Walls & Insulation:

I was initially concerned about living in a concrete-built apartment, fearing poor insulation and noise issues like in panel buildings. However, this place exceeded my expectations—it holds heat incredibly well. During the two years of renovation, even without heating, I could comfortably work inside wearing just a thin sweater or t-shirt.

The walls are 30 cm thick reinforced concrete, and additional soundproofing was added where needed. The bathroom and office walls have special insulation layers to minimize noise.

Entryway, Kitchen, Bathroom & Toilet: High-gloss, non-slip premium grey marble-effect porcelain tiles.

Living Room, Bedroom & Office: 8mm high-gloss grey wood-effect premium laminate flooring—durable, non-slippery, easy to clean, and low-maintenance.

The highlight of the apartment!

Custom black shimmering resin wall panels paired with lagoon-colored glass sinks and two large, adjustable, heated mirrors.

An asymmetrical 170 cm bathtub with a headrest—perfect for long, relaxing bubble baths (water stays warm for hours—I’ve tested it while binge-watching Netflix!).

Ample storage space with large high-gloss black drawers and additional built-in wall storage.

Smart ventilation system with an adjustable timer to prevent humidity buildup.


✨ Toilet:

Matching black shimmering resin wall panels.

High-end floating Geberit toilet with a DuoFresh system (built-in tablet dispenser for automatic air freshening and blue water flow).

Small frosted glass sink with a modern white faucet.
