4-room apartment – each with individual entry! - in a central location in Buda is for rent, with the move at the end of August.
2 big rooms +2 small ones, 70 square meters, newly renovated flat available for long term rental directly from owner next to BAH (MOM Park) at the intersection of Villányi and Budaörsi út. Immediate moving in is possible.
The apartment is on the second floor. There is a living room with a small balcony (20m2), a master bedroom (15,7m2) with doors to both the bathroom and the living-room and with huge built-in wardrobes. Both small bedrooms, each being 6,7 m2, having a separate entrance, both facing West with view on the natural reserve of Sas-hegy. The kitchen furniture was replaced 2 years ago, oven, fridge, teapot, coffee machine are provided. The gas boiler was replaced this year with an economical condensing boiler ("C" level energy quality). Bathroom has two entrances, separate toilet has small shelves. An ideal place for families with children, or a shared flat for students with good connection to many universities. The bathroom is with a bathtub and a washing machine.
All the rooms a bright, facing the street, and with blinders. Good location, many options for public transport. It is a bit noisy but closed windows shut it out quite well. Individual central heating running with gas. Individual water, gas and electricity meters, bills are payed according to use. Running costs are kept low (Lamps with LED-s).
Internet connection is available, remote alarm system can be switched on. The entrance has a security door. There is a private storage booth in the basement, e.g. for bikes.
The apartment is not furnished though the furniture in the pictures is a matter of agreement.
