Within the municipality boundaries of Keszthely, one kilometre from the town centre, on the waterfront of Lake Balaton a luxurious holiday resort surrounded by a 2.4 acre park will be established. In the park, an 8,000 square metre navigable bay connected to Lake Balaton will be made. The bay will be accessible by sailing ships, and suitable for mooring them there.
In the Holiday Park the land will be divided into fourteen plots, ranging from 700 to 1400 m2, which will exclusively be used by their individual owners.
Operation and maintenance of the port, common areas and the park will be carried out by the staff.

Development
Owners can choose from plans of pre-designed houses by Zsolt Hajnal architect, bearer of the Ybl-prize, or they have the choice to have their holiday home designed individually.
Each of the pre-designed buildings has two levels. On 126-139 m2 ground-space they have 254-276 m2 gross floor area. The living room and the kitchen, as well as two covered parking space are situated on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and a sun terrace ranging from 48 m2 to 62 m2 in size. (See the plan of one of the pre-designed houses attached). When orienting terraces, designers took privacy into consideration.
Project stage: A preliminary water rights permit and a port permit have been obtained.
Price: 85 thousand HUF/m2 concerning each square metre of the exclusively used area. (This includes the construction cost of the bay and the port.)
