In Újlipótváros, a top-floor, bright and sunny flat fronted onto the courtyard is available for rent for at least six months. Rental is 65000HUF plus overheads, deposit is two months rental. The quiet flat has one room and a walk-in closet, and it isn't furnished, except the kitchen, and the walk-in closet, there is a large (from the floor to the ceiling) built-in cupboard with hooks and lots of shelves. Also, there is a coat hanger and a shoe-cabinet in the hall. Overheads, beyond collective maintenance fee, charges are: water (with individual measurement) and gas which is about 9000HUF and electricity also about 9000HUF, it depends on your consumption. Hot water in the kitchen and the bathroom are from the electric water heater. There is UPC cable TV and internet wired in the apartment, but have to be subscribed. Rental period is for long term, but at least 6 months.
